LIFE’S CONNECTION CORNER
Life’s Connection is a faith-based pregnancy resource and education center dedicated to providing compassionate care, education and essential resources for moms, dads and families. There are three locations: Mukwonago (262-470-3119), Waukesha (262-290-5433) and Menomonee Falls (262-288-5766). Walk-in and scheduled appointments are offered ensuring that every client receives personalized support. The group’s goal is simple – to ensure every person who walks through the door is fully informed and supported in making life-affirming choices. Their aim is to walk heart-to-heart with their clients, witnessing their journeys from first-time parents to growing families. With God’s grace and the support of the community, lives are being changed-one family at a time. Classes are available in Spanish and English on prenatal and postnatal care, parenting and fatherhood, support for single parents and teens, life skills and goal setting, healthy relationships and natural family planning.
Miscarriage and infant loss support is also offered for families grieving the loss of a baby. At home or hospital assistance in collecting remains, a sacred holding place until burial and no-cost burial services in partnership with hospitals, clergy cemeteries and funeral homes are available.
STD testing, education and treatment with encouragement of healthy choices and the benefits of waiting until marriage are other services provided.
